As Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Fast Air, Karlen leads the company’s sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships, creating new opportunities, and supporting sustainable growth across Fast Air’s aviation services.

With a background in marketing and brand strategy, Karlen brings a customer-focused perspective to business development and works closely with teams across charter, aircraft management, FBO services and operations. Her role focuses on connecting sales and marketing efforts, improving how opportunities are managed and using customer and business insights to help guide Fast Air’s growth.

Karlen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business and is based at Fast Air’s headquarters in Winnipeg.
