Customer Service Representative (YWG)

The Position:
- Answer telephones and greet customers at the front desk
- Operate a two-way radio
- Take customer orders for aviation fuel and aviation-related services
- Advise colleagues of customer order requests
- Complete daily records and data entry into software systems
- Complete customer invoicing and receive payments
- Arrange catering, hotel accommodations, and car rental reservations
- Operate a passenger van to shuttle customers
- Perform light cleaning duties, including mopping floors
- Take initiative, anticipate customer needs, accept responsibility, and take appropriate action
- Adhere to company policies and foster a safe work environment
- Work various shifts between 05:00 and 22:00 across a 7-day schedule
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions
- Ability to work effectively with others and maintain a respectful workplace
- Reliable transportation is essential due to the location
- Valid Class 5F driver's licence
