Fast Air Harley Davidson Contest: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must be either a licensed pilot or a member of a flight crew.
• If there is more than one pilot/crew per flight, up to two individual entries may be submitted for that flight.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Fast Air and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• Eligible participants may enter the contest by completing the required entry form and providing proof of eligibility.
• Each eligible flight crew member may submit one entry. If two pilots are on the same flight, both pilots may submit an entry, totaling two entries per flight.
• All entries must be submitted by December 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Late entries will not be considered.

3. Selection of Winner:

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.
• The draw will take place on January 2, 2025.
• The winner will be notified by email or phone within one week of the draw date.
• The winner must claim their prize within two weeks of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, another winner will be randomly selected.

4. Prize:

• The prize for the contest is a 2024 Harley Davidson Street Bob 114.
• The prize is non-transferable but may be exchanged for cash.
• Fast Air reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. General Conditions:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Fast Air, which are final and binding.
• Fast Air reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is found to be fraudulent.
• Fast Air reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.

6. Liability:

• Fast Air is not responsible for any technical errors or issues that may prevent an entry from being submitted.
• By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Fast Air and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind that may arise from participating in the contest or from the acceptance or use of the prize.

7. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected during the contest will be used for the purposes of administering the contest and in accordance with Fast Air’s Privacy Policy.
