• Closed captioning is available on all televisions in the reception/customer lounge area
• Employees have the ability to enlarge or shrink the images on their computer screen to accommodate personal vision requirements
• Software has the ability to audibly read what is on a computer screen for those with low visibility acuity. There are currently no concerns with existing staff or clients regarding ability to utilize technologies in the workplace.
